My notable achievements and activities include the replacement of 4 aging servers, replacing the entire network infrastructure and developing the first set of technical documentation and training materials for the newspaper. I also was responsible for managing the production department—staff responsible for layout of the daily newspaper.

While at Bell, I served many clients in various positions from helpdesk phone support to server systems administration. I developed a reputation as an analyst that could learn extremely quickly on the job with an ability to iron out problems between the client and other Bell analysts or management. In my longest-running position, I served a K-12 institution as a Tier III tech both teaching non-technical staff at the school to troubleshoot computers and diagnosing (and fixing where able) network and server issues for Bell Systems Engineers.

As owner and only employee of The Slanted Shed, I am responsible for all current development of PawnOfSale (PHP front-end running on PostgreSQL DB backend) which is targeted at the pawn industry. PawnOfSale is an all-in-one point-of sale-solution adaptable to many different industries from retail shops to churches and many more small-to-medium businesses.
